We do not collect Personal Information except when you specifically and knowingly provide it. Personal Information is voluntarily supplied by you when you:

• Order a New Testament Recovery Version
• Request information from TSB
• Order products from TSB
• Sign up for one of TSB’s services, such as the e-newsletter or make an online contribution to TSB or download the Topstoneradio app.

The Personal Information we collect may include your first and last names, address, telephone number, e-mail address, the name of the college you are attending (if applicable), and, in the case of ordering products or making contributions, credit card number, and expiration date.

How the Information is Used

Your Personal Information will be used to send you a free New Testament Recovery Version and additional literature related to the Bible and TSB activities. You may also be contacted to make sure you received your New Testament Recovery Version in good condition and/or with an offer to assist you in using the New Testament Recovery Version to better understand the Bible. Credit card numbers and expiration dates are retained only for the current transaction. Once it is completed, the information is deleted. TSB does not sell, exchange, rent, lease, or otherwise disclose your Personal Information to third-party marketers or any persons or organizations that are not associated or affiliated with TSB; provided that TSB may use and disclose such information to affiliated and nonaffiliated third-parties that perform services on behalf of TSB. We do not use your Personal Information for any commercial purposes.

General

When connecting to our radio stream, your IP address will be sent to our radio service provider (radio.co) in order for us to track listening trends and provide licensing bodies with royalty reports. Once our service provider receives your IP it is immediately anonymized, deleted and becomes untraceable. This data is never sold on or passed to other companies.

The Topstoneradio iOS App does not collect any user data when installed or launched on your device.

The Topstoneradio Android App does not collect any user data during use. In order to provide audio control during Phone App use, the App will monitor the ‘state’ of the phone App (Idle, in call, call ended) if applicable on your device. At no point will the App be able to listen in or derive phone numbers or data.

The Android App also requires access to local storage. This is to store its configuration for faster launch times.

Children’s Privacy Policy

Users must be at least 17 years of age or older in order to request a free New Testament Recovery Version or participate in any activity that requires the submission of Personal Information. By requesting a New Testament Recovery Version or participating in our Site activities, you certify that you are at least 17 years of age or older. All users of the Site are required to provide true, current, complete, and accurate Personal Information when prompted. Copies of the New Testament Recovery Version intended for minors must be requested by and in the name of the minor’s parent or guardian who is at least 17 or older.
