SHIPPING POLICY

You have the option to choose your shipping company: Federal Express or United States Postal Service.

We fill orders within the United States. If you live outside the United States and would like to place an order, please email us at books@topstonebooks.org and we will refer you to our affiliates that are located worldwide.

Under normal circumstances, most orders ship out within 24-48 hours. However, due to large order volumes, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, we will ship your order out as soon as possible.

Upon checkout, you will be able to review the various shipping options and view the real-time prices.

If the item you ordered is out of stock, i.e., back-ordered, we will ship you what we have and we will ship the back-ordered items as they become available. Allow an additional two to three weeks for back-ordered items. If you wish to cancel the back-ordered items, please contact us at sales@topstonebooks.com or call 1-866-784-1180 and we will refund you the cost of the items.
