If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will refund or exchange your products according to the following policy:

 

REFUNDS 


We will accept returns for a full refund if the item is returned within 45 days of date of purchase and is in saleable condition (no bent pages, loosened bindings, stains, etc.). Electronic media may only be returned for refunds if unopened.

Any return that does not comply with the above policy will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.


EXCHANGES

Any defective, incorrect, or damaged item may be returned within 45 days of date of purchase. We will gladly ship a replacement and reimburse you for your return postage at the media mail rate.

When returning items for a refund or exchange, please include a copy of the original invoice and a note explaining the reason for the return. Returns may be sent to our post office box via the U.S. Postal Service, using Media Mail if qualified. Because this is a post office box, please do not send your package by UPS or Federal Express. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the return to be received and processed. If you are expecting a return shipment, please allow 1-2 weeks for the new package to arrive.
